No Deal (legal business name: No Deal, operated as a sole trader based in Ukraine) is an AI-powered tool that analyzes pitch deck PDF files and provides automated feedback reports. These Terms of Service govern your use of the No Deal service available at no-deal.vercel.app.

2. Use of the Service

By uploading a pitch deck, you confirm that you have the right to share its contents. You may use the analysis for personal or business purposes. You may not resell or redistribute the generated reports without permission.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax collection, and compliance on our behalf. By purchasing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service.

4. Refund Policy

No Deal offers a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, email us at the address listed below with your order ID. Refunds are processed by Paddle within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

5. AI Disclaimer

The analysis is generated by an AI model and is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice. Results may vary. No Deal makes no guarantee that following the feedback will result in successful fundraising.

6. Data & Privacy

Uploaded pitch decks are processed in memory and are not permanently stored after analysis is complete. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific analysis in question.
