What data we collect

When you use No Deal, we collect your email address (provided voluntarily) and the contents of your uploaded pitch deck PDF for the purpose of generating an analysis. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and performance monitoring.

How we use your data

Your pitch deck is sent to an AI model (Google Gemini or Groq) for analysis and is not permanently stored after the session ends. Analysis results are stored temporarily (up to 24 hours) in an encrypted cache to allow you to retrieve your report. Your email is used only to deliver results and is never shared with third parties or used for unsolicited marketing.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services: Paddle (payment processing), Google Gemini / Groq (AI analysis), Vercel (hosting), Upstash (temporary data storage). Each service has its own privacy policy governing their use of data.

Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. Session data (your analysis token) is stored in your browser's sessionStorage and is cleared when you close the tab.

Your rights
